I’ve been dealing Blackjack, and Roulette in Nevada for almost 20 years.
Right now I'm at one of the "Mega Resorts" on the strip.
Please
understand that I am NOT a writer, and unfortunately I think that it shows. I’m that dealer that helped you last time you played,
the one that answered your questions and actually cared if you won.
I'm writing this as anonymous because--as cheesy as it sounds--they
really don't want you to know this stuff. I know, every book out there says that, but I will actually be telling you things
I’m not supposed to.
I’ll teach you a new way to play.
I’ll teach you a new way to bet.
I talk about how to treat the dealer (a
subject near and dear to my heart), and I tell you things about how the dealer treats you.
I talk about comps, why they’re so tight
now, and how you can almost always end up with at least a free meal.
I’ve seen many different systems of play, and betting strategies
over the years and this book is based on what I’ve seen that works, and more importantly what I’ve seen that doesn't work.
There’s
something out there called "THE Book" as in "what does the book say", it's also called basic strategy, and it's printed on that little
card they sell in the gift shop.
If you buy one of those cards it will tell you how to PLAY, but not how TO WIN.
There
are 3 reasons the book doesn’t help you win.
I’ll tell you what they are, and how you can overcome them.
First, it’s based
on an INCORRECT mathematical assumption.
Second, it doesn’t tell you WHY you do the things you do.
Third, and MOST
IMPORTANT, it doesn’t factor in the betting.
First I’ll teach you how to play a bit differently then you are now.
Playing
my way will take some getting used to because it requires you to have a different mindset then you have now.
Once you change
the mathematical assumptions you have to change the way you play.
The casinos live and die on the math, and basic strategy is
based on THEIR math. You are going to learn to play by YOUR math.
Because of the change in the math some of my ideas are
a little off the generally accepted way of play.
You may meet with resistance from the people at the table. That changes
quickly when they see it working.
It requires you to change your thinking a bit, and to ignore some of the things
YOU THINK you
know about the game.
Then I’ll teach you HOW TO BET. At the end of the day, it’s all about how much you cash out, and that’s
all about how you bet. If you’re reading this you’re
“Tired of losing at Blackjack”, and if you’re losing, you aren’t betting
correctly.
If you’ve read the book “Bringing down the House” or seen the movie “21” you know about card counting. What
you may not realize is that the only thing counting cards does is tell you when to raise and lower your bet.
My system does
the same thing, but without all that tedious work. There is one line I loved in that movie—“We're not gambling, we're following
a specific set of rules and playing a system”. That’s exactly right.
There are lots of blackjack strategy books out there
but as far as I can tell from my tiny bit of research, none of them are written from my perspective, and no one sees more Blackjack
then a dealer.
Those books are written by professional gamblers.
That means they sit at a blackjack table for as many hours as
you spend at work. They base their winnings on “end of year” numbers.
I didn’t write this book for the professional gambler—they
have their strategies.
I wrote this book for YOU, the average player, someone that plays a few of times a year, for a couple
of hours at a time.
I’m not offering any kind of money back guarantee. This is, after all, about gambling, and there are
no guarantees, but I do promise a couple of things.
I promise you that you will win more times then you lose if you stick to
this system, and that when you lose you will lose less.
I promise to answer any questions you may have. Just send me an
e-mail, and I’ll respond promptly.
Now I’m writing a book on Craps, and I promise that when it’s finished the people who
buy this e-book will be the first to know.
